- Borrower Tracker Data: Names, amounts, and due dates you log in the Borrowers Tracker. This is strictly private to your account and never shared.
- Commission Activity: Referral records and earnings linked to you and the people you refer, used to calculate and pay out your commissions accurately.
- Payment Data: We never store your full card details. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant gateways — Paystack and Flutterwave.
- Device & App Data: Basic device and usage information to improve app performance and your overall experience.
2. How We Use Your Data
Every piece of information we collect has a clear purpose — nothing more:
- Instant Delivery: To process your data, airtime, bill payments, and exam pins the moment you confirm a transaction.
- Commission Tracking: To calculate, record, and credit your referral earnings to your wallet in real time.

We take your data as seriously as you take your money. BUA DATA SUB uses SSL/TLS encryption across all connections and stores your information on secured servers. We only retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by Nigerian law — and not a day longer.

Data is shared only where strictly necessary to deliver our services: with payment partners like Paystack and Flutterwave, and with network utility providers. Every partner is bound by confidentiality agreements and strict data handling standards.

You own your data. At any time, you can request to view, correct, or erase your personal information. To permanently close your account, visit the App's settings or use our Account Deletion page. Once deleted, your data is removed from our active systems within 30 days, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
